Peer Review Policy

Submitted manuscripts will undergo a preliminary review by the editorial board to ensure they comply with E-Justice submission guidelines and requirements. Manuscripts that adhere to the journal's style and policy will proceed to peer review. E-Justice employs a double-blind peer review process, engaging numerous expert reviewers in relevant fields of law. The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance rests solely with the editors, based on the reviewers' comments. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. E-Justice utilizes Turnitin to screen articles for plagiarism, detecting overlapping and similar text. Proper quotations and citations are mandatory wherever required. The language check also becomes essential to our screening at this stage. Authors must ensure that the journal editors and reviewers fully understand the academic content of their paper. Authors must ensure that the manuscript submitted to this journal has been proofread.

Please note that the Editorial Board will reject the manuscript submitted written in other than English.
